Jay is an expert in equity, market research, and financial analysis. He built his career as a financial analyst and consultant while living in New York City and working for industry-leading firms Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. During his tenure with these firms, Jay successfully led, managed, and contributed to a wide range of efforts to help clients identify business opportunities, streamline operations, increase product profitability and make better use of organizational assets and resources.
Jay is also an expert on the computing hardware industry who for several years has provided in-depth sell-side investment research coverage of enterprise hardware vendors such as EMC, Hewlett Packard, Network Appliance and Adaptec. Jay has extensive experience conducting primary research using surveys and interviews; he has authored numerous investment reports on companies and industry issues; and he has extensive experience providing and managing the analysis required to support the investment guidance provided to major institutional and retail clients.

Jay received his MBA from New York University (the Leonard N. Stern School of Business) and his Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.
