Rebecca Springer is an expert in product and program management. She brings extensive experience delivering software solutions to companies in vertical markets that include: financial services, retail and online marketing, the automobile industry and the automotive aftermarket, direct marketing, publishing and cataloguing. Rebecca has led programs that span the entire product lifecycle from new product launches to sunset strategies.

Rebecca began her association with Timothy Gendreau in 1997. Prior to joining The Gendreau Group, Rebecca held senior product management positions for various software firms including MessageMedia (now DoubleClick), Fair Isaac and JDA Software. She also has experience in the financial services industry, having worked as a marketing manager in the credit card division for both Bank of America and BankOne Corporation.
