Susan is an expert in market research and product management. Susan brings a 20 year track record in consulting, marketing and development for firms doing business in IT, telecommunications, and engineering in the US and abroad. Since joining the Gendreau Group, Susan has worked with clients in a variety of strategic consulting assignments, providing guidance to strategic decision makers, senior managers and key investors. Representative engagements have include:

Business Case and Business Plan Development - for existing businesses, start-ups and product lines

Prior to joining the Gendreau Group, Susan worked for MIH Ltd., a corporation serving cable, satellite, and Internet providers. In this capacity, Susan helped assess strategy, identify new market opportunities, exit markets and poorly performing businesses, and retire products at end-of-life. Responsibilities included 4 product lines and support for 48 large accounts and sales target of $53M for FY2001, internal sales training, intern program oversight, budget development and staffing.
From 1988 to 2000, Susan worked for Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG). Susan served as Director of Wireline Marketing responsible for wireline customer care and billing asset after acquisition from WorldCom; Account Director (based in Italy) for then-CBIS’s European operations; Director and Sr. Technical Consultant roles in Systems Engineering where played a key role in implementing a systems engineering (SE) culture enabling the company to more effectively understand and document client needs, design and deliver effective solutions, and make and meet project commitments; and a systems analyst and UNIX and C developer developing business software for Cincinnati Bell Telephone and other clients.
Prior to Convergys, Susan was a developer with two Cincinnati area firms, one focused on engineering for banking and biomedical industries, and the second on Unix-based solutions for restaurant, trucking, investment management, and waste management businesses.
Susan holds degrees from the University of Cincinnati and North Central College, Naperville, Ill.
